About this experience
A complete entry-level certification covering theory, static and dynamic apnea, rescue skills and line diving to 20 metres. Sessions run in the morning when the water is flattest, with an afternoon theory block.

- Prerequisites
- Able to swim 200 m unaided. No prior freediving certification required.
